I saw the cameras and he was literally taking every bad plant off with his hands instead of just mowing it out like all the other companies usually do and then it’ll grown right back up. "They came out right away, maybe three or four days from the call. They looked at the lawn and I signed the contract. The only issue I had was the salesman, I think he was. It was about the discount. I asked him very pointed, he called the office to have that answered. But he did have a coupon to give me off the first payment. I called the company and addressed that. They stated that he should have done that discount. It was a discount for being an Angie's List member. I don't know if he thought it would effect his commission or something. I owned my business for thirty five years, and my people would have never done that. I like the guy that has this route or whatever. And I say him the second time. I am very ignorant with all this lawn service. He seems to be very conscientious, the problem seems to be with the salesperson. I think this outfit is good, but it still kind of remains to be seen because of the salesperson, but I feel it was probably reprimanded. There seemed to be vagueness with the time of arrival, even when I called back in to double check. I would of even liked within a day notice."
