"Alex and crew rebuilt and repainted my front porch railing. They also repaired my garage door framing that had wood rot as well as repaired some interior water damaged trim. "I bought this house about 5 years ago, didnâ t notice no mold or nothing. With the time pass, started to show few humidity spots in the basement walls, and different coloration, few yellow others more black/green, and the smell started to be noticed anytime I open the basement door for to go downstairs. So that was when i started to get really worried about it. And then I diced to search in the internet for mold remediation company, I did had two companies coming and check it and the end answered from both was that I need to fixed first the problem and then treat the mold otherwise it will keel coming back. Again I did went back to the internet and scheduled few inspections, CGS Waterproofing inspector was very professional, showing and explaining all the water intrusion problem I had in my house and the price was reasonable. I decided to move forward with the and the service was scheduled for no longer then I expected. The day the interior waterproofing service started I was anxious about my routine and all the mess a construction can bring around but end up been a very good experience. The crew did the service in two days and did clean up very good in the end. I did love the CGS service and now I can have my mind in peace about conditions of my house but more importantly my family's health environment. I definitely will keep CGS in mind for further services around my home."
