Our owner, Sean Hogan is a former President and board member of the Athens Area Home Builders Association. He has been appointed by the mayor and Commission of Athens, GA to serve for 5 years on the Hearings Board which reviews zoning variance requests. In addition, he has also served as Commissioner of the Clarke County Historic Preservation Commission. As such, Sean is particularly adept at ensuring your design will fit within the context of your neighborhood. In 2004 Hogan Builders was awarded the Athens – Clarke Heritage Foundation award for Outstanding Community Revitalization. Sean also hold his Lead and Soil certificate.
