Ceiling repair in three rooms, plaster repair of interior walls, door hardware replaced, carpeting removal, complete renovation of a deteriorated bathroom, including shower demolition and tile laying. He explained the costs thoroughly, what needed to be done to get my beloved home of 32 years ready for selling. Very sensible and sensitive to my situation. He was efficient, and recommended only necessary work, saving me money. He has a long history of restoring properties in his native Rhode Island. I am very pleased with the results. "Paid up front for service. Only came once or twice. Had said it would be plowing but only snowblower used and shoveled only once. Think they have over-reached their actual abilities. Seems as though it is a very slim workforce. Actual work that was performed was satisfactoryl Had two light storms in past weeks but no-one showed up either time. Good thing I had several neighbors who helped me clean driveway. Happy it will soon be Spring!"
