"Best cleaning service I've ever used. It was a total deep clean and consisted of 3 ladies doing a magnificent job, which took over 5 hours. Most complete cleaning of my home since I bought it over 20 years ago."

"Ana and Carina efficiently and carefully cleaned the entire house until it shined! Took great care with dusting all of my trinkets displayed on shelves. Showed up on time and communicated every part of the service that was included vs add-ons. Would recommend!"

Small jobs welcome

"Roxy gave a 1st good impression with a quote for services to be preformed. The house she was to clean was a vacant townhome rental property. The service contract was for bathrooms, windows, kitchen, tile flooring and general freshening up. She was also contracted to sub out power washing of garage, driveway and 2 patios and touch-up painting. She did not have to do carpet as it was being replaced. Upon arrival to inspect work preformed we were unable to access the property because she had locked the deadbolts and left though the garage which had no opener. She demanded payment without me viewing the work. It was immediately apparent the power washing had not been preformed and the windows were still dirty. Unable to access the property we both left. I received threatening phone calls from Roxy demanding full payment. I finally got access to the house. Unfortunately, the quality of most her services were unacceptable. She arrived with the police. I'm glad she did. I paid her for the cost of 1 can of paint and nothing else. I tried to give her $740.00 for what she did do. She would not accept it. I now have hired a Power washing company and a window washing company and will need to hire a painter. Very unsatisfied and a giant headache!"

FAQs for maid service projects in Little Elm, TX

When cleaning out an estate, identify all vital documents and possessions. Consult with family members to determine which items you want to keep. Forward mail, replace locks, and create an inventory to ensure nothing essential is overlooked. Next, create a detailed plan and timeline for sorting, donating, or discarding items. Finally, perform a thorough deep clean to prepare the property for sale or continued use.

The four-box method for decluttering involves dividing items into four categories: discard, donate, keep, and relocate. When cleaning out the estate, set up four clearly labeled boxes to sort through all belongings. This organized system reduces work later, cuts labor costs, and ensures each item is handled efficiently before any professional intervention.

You should declutter the estate before hiring a professional service to ensure an efficient estate clean-out. Remove all unwanted items and organize valuables before beginning any cleaning. Once everything is sorted and either relocated or discarded, a professional move-out cleaner can perform a thorough deep clean that enhances the property's appeal.

Estate clean-out services are priced based on the items' volume and handling requirements, not per square foot. Costs increase when there are more items to process, especially bulky ones that demand extra labor and specialized equipment. Larger properties with many possessions incur higher prices because every item is carefully evaluated and removed according to service protocols.
