Not necessarily the cheapest guy on the block, but they did a absolute fantastic job. replace most of our rotten trim with Hardy board so it wouldn’t go bad again use high-quality caulking and painted the house at full strength of Sherwin-Williams best paint, Emerald rain refresh. Did a good job cleaning up after the job was completed I would highly recommend them. Also received a five-year warranty from Phillips painting in a limited lifetime warranty from Sherwin-Williams.
