"Matt and his team did an exceptional job with our challenging interior paint job—the tongue and groove paneling (walls and ceiling) of our cabin's master bedroom, including a vaulted ceiling. We also asked them to apply a java gel stain to a high ceiling beam and the pitched ceiling of our master bathroom. We couldn't have been happier with the results. Absolute perfection. "I requested a tree removal, the response was to provide a quote based on my unexperienced visual estimation. There was good communication up until the day they were supposed to show up. The day we agreed to do the work there was little to no communication (despite my messages) with no updates on what is going on. I asked the following day to see what the plan was (gave them the benefit of the doubt, things happen); the response was "I showed up yesterday and the tree was bigger then we expected, we want 3X the price we quoted". 1. If you are going to quote site unseen you should hold up to your commitment. I didn't force you to quote without coming out to look at the tree, I provided my best guess on size (its not a 90' or even a 40' tree). 2. If you show up to look at my property, come talk to me and discuss your concerns. 3. Expect a honest review of your (un)professionalism"

"That was the worse service we ever got in years. The quality of partially done work is absolutely awful (anyone can come and see for yourself). The garage floor ended up bumpy (uneven), rough (like course sand paper) and blemished. The job was quite quite messy all around including screwing up our driveway with painting material. There was a promise to redo (fix) all that work, cleaning up the driveway..., but State Performance Inc. just disappeared (stopped to respond). Be aware!"
