On top of that, he explained codes and which way gates should properly swing. We went with his suggestions. <br /> The following week, his installer, Kevin and his crew came to install. They came in 15 minutes early, which is wonderful, and they are a pleasure. They listened to our suggestions and kept us informed during the whole process. "I should have thought to review Mitch on Angie's List years ago.  When we moved into our house the driveway gates only operated with a clicker - we didn't have an intercom/remote system.  Mitch serviced the old system and when we re-did our driveway we had him install a system with sensors so the gates opened automatically when a car was leaving and we could communicate through an intercom and open/close the gates and pedestrian door via our phone system.  He did a beautiful job.  He's amazingly responsive when we need something serviced - for example, when I hit the reflector with my car and broke it, and when we realized, during a power failure, that we had lost the key to operate the gates manually.  He's super reliable, and we've worked with him for ten years now without anything ever being less than perfect."
