"Isaac's bid was not the lowest nor the highest bid to power wash, repair and paint our stucco siding, but my decision to hire him was definitely the right one. I could not be more pleased with the work that was done. Isaac did the power washing himself and then sent a hard working crew to do the rest. I am somewhat of a perfectionist and sure to note any small thing they might have overlooked. When I did, they fixed it immediately. There were a number of cracks and even a few places where the stucco had crumbled but now I can't even tell where they were. There were some hard to reach areas, like behind shrubs, but they were done without any physical damage to the shrubs or flower beds. The land on one side of our house slopes at a fairly steep angle but that was not a deterrent. It is so very reassuring to have a contractor like Isaac who is meticulous about carrying out all of his promises. I recommend him highly."
