"I can't say enough about Larry and his crew. They are a great group of guys who bring a positive attitude and outstanding work ethic each and everyday. Their number one goal was to ensure my happiness as a customer and homeowner. They showed up everyday right around 8am and worked until 4:30 or so. I can count on one hand the number of times I wasn't able to reach Larry on the phone over a period of several weeks! So I'm not sure what that 1 negative review is all about. The project came out wonderful. The trees are mature and nicely shaped. The plant life and mulch is healthy and vibrant. And the retaining wall looks outstanding!! Being a veteran, I've got a little OCD when it comes to things being just right. Fortunately for me, Larry and his crew were easy to talk to and they were driven to meet my expectations of making things "perfect". That's something I greatly appreciated. As the project was reaching it's finality I had so many people comment on how good everything looked. In the end, I came away with a beautifully landscaped home at a very reasonable price, as well as a lot of new friends! Thanks guys!"

"Our family entertains a lot and needless to say the garden/patio is an important part of our house. When construction tore our yard apart we called in Design Exteriors to help. Sonny’s team is knowledgeable, respectful and extremely hard working. Initially we met with Sonny, the owner and went thru several design iterations - he has a great eye for details. He shared his extensive plant knowledge with us and various patio options. We appreciated that he was sensitive to pricing and budget. Mark was our Project manager - He was on top of whatever new projects we threw his way, and he worked endlessly. We had some challenging drainage issues - but they worked thru them perfectly. The lead foremen were Eduardo and Enrique. Their broad knowledge ranged from irrigation, fountain building and plant compatibility. This team was amazing; they patiently listened to our ideas and respectively shared their valuable insights. Design Exteriors was a wonderful group to work with. Our yard is more beautiful than ever before!"

"The project involved replacing the mulch, weed liner, and, rock around the home. Its been 14 years since the landscaping was refreshed. There was also an issue with the rock that was placed along the fence line for drainage along with an issue of drainage behind the garagel. The rest of the project was freshining up the mulch and trimming some bushes back. Rock N Block came out and did measurments and a quick drawing of the work to be done and then followed up with an email listing the costs. Almost all of the other estimates were just verbal quotes. Rock N Block came in much lower than the other quotes (maybe because it was early in the season). I accepted teh quotes and they came out to clean out the mulch and rock along with trimming and removing some bushes. The following day they put down new liner, mulch and rocks. The result was exceptional and I will consider them for working on the lawn next year."
