"Josh did an excellent job tearing out flooring throughout the entire house and installing both a subfloor and vinyl plank flooring. He also removed the old bathtub, installed a new one and retiled our bathroom walls. His work was timely and professionally done. We will hire him again!"

"We first used Summit to replace carpet with wood flooring in our formal living room. It was a great experience and the end result was wonderful. The flooring made such a difference. After that, we continued additions projects with Mark. From more wood flooring throughout our main level to specific projects, he was always willing to help out or take on something new. This included framing and drywall, staining our steps and trim work. He has a diversified portfolio of work experience and will help wherever needed."

"Highly recommend Jim for every aspect of flooring installation. His work included installation of engineered wood flooring for two bedrooms and a flight of stairs after removing and disposing of carpet. Pleasant, professional and efficient. A rare find in todayâ s world."

"The task was first to correct squeaking underflooring and second to install carpet. Wagner Floors did not correct the squeaking underflooring, which would have involved replacing plywood underflooring so as to cut plywood pieces to put all butt joints over the joists. The company said it would fix the underflooring, but did not do that part of the work. The young men who replaced the carpeting did a very good job. That was half the work. I recommend against employing Wagner Floors."

"Our new floors look amazing. They fixed problem spots where the sub floor was uneven and many other details. They also did some custom work on the steps to match. Great to work with. Highly recommended!"

"Alvarro has completed one set of floors for me and is currently finishing up another project complete with full stairs and banister install. I highly recommend Alvarro and his crew, the finishing is great and they are very professional to work with."

"Paula came out to give us an estimate and compared to 3 other local companies their price was the lowest. The hardwood floor refinish that Alex did was very professional. Our home is 17 years old and some hardwood areas had to be replaced too. Everything blends and looks as good as new. A BIG thanks to them!"

"We picked Dave Marzelek, owner of DC Hardwood Flooring, to refinish our 30-yr old red oak floors after studying reviews and getting bids from three other candidates. Dave was our clear choice because: • He explained why we didn’t need to sand down the entire floor by applying special attention to the worst areas • He bids the job and does the work himself • He uses high quality fast drying ProKote polyurethane finish • He explained his process step-by-step • He had numerous high reviews Our choice proved to be excellent! • Dave arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job • He invited us to give the surface a close inspection after the first coat, and then improved several minor spots with a color-matched material that filled in minor flaws in the wood, before applying the 2nd coat • He finished on time, and left the area clean • We were so pleased with the result that we engaged Dave to refinish two more areas in a rental property that had red oak flooring"

"Jose and Adrian are master craftsmen. They did an incredible job on my wood-look tile floors. They were prompt, respectful, worked hard every day, completed the job ahead of schedule, cleaned up the entire mess before leaving. Tyler did a great job managing the job. He went out of his way to retrieve goods and made sure everything was to my liking. Would hire this crew again!"

"We hired Oliver to redo our fireplace and he absolutely nailed it. The wood paneling turned out even better than I imagined. He’s super thorough, communicates really well, shows up when he says he will, and actually cares about doing quality work. Hard to find contractors these days that are both talented and genuinely honest, but he’s both. Very trustworthy, easy to work with, and pays attention to the little details that matter. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Already planning more projects with him. Highly recommend."
