"Joe Lombardo/ NML Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. His price was better than the other 3 companies that quoted the project but most importantly, he and his crew did a high quality job! I liked the fact that Joe, the owner of the company, personally quoted the project and then was on site when his crew performed the work. There was no miscommunication or forgotten contractual items. The crew worked incredibly hard and had the old roof torn off and re-shingled in one long day. They also did a very thorough cleanup when done. I don't think I found one nail on the ground anywhere in the weeks following their work. Joe was super easy to deal with and delivered on every promise made. Here is an example of the kind of guy Joe is: While doing a final walkdown I noticed a downspout elbow between my first and second floor roof was missing.
