Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."

"Jeff built a beautuful walkway around my back yard and put up a wood privacy fence. I would recommend not to pay him the full amount until the project is complete. They came back to put concrete on some of the posts since they were unstable but should have been done at the time of installation. He has not returned to replace the locks on 2 of the 4 gates since they are not even to lock. He stated that my plant boxes would only be wood instead of stone as I requested but he would instead replace a sliding glass door and add a gutter on my garden room. I had to get someone else for the door and it's been since 8/27/18 and still no gutter or response from him. I paid a little bit too much for the project which I would complain about since it is beautiful but he has not done the little things that are left that would complete this project. I regret giving him the last of money so I would recommend to withhold most of money until you are 100% happy."
