"Once again, Jason and his guys came through for us for an emergency situation. I noticed a small amount of mold growing on the ceiling above our shower. To me this was an emergency. Though Jason was fully booked up, he found the time to remove and replace the ceiling, install a new exhaust fan, and do all the associated repairs. As always, his team did the job quickly, were professional and neat. The work was top quality. I recommend Explicit Exteriors without hesitation."

"I first researched on Angie’s list roofers. Home Pro was given an A rating and good reviews. Kevin came to my home and explained the project. I was concerned about my shrubs and he put a clause in contract if shrubs were damaged they would be replaced. He gave 2 references in my local area. After consulting with references I felt comfortable and hired them. I was put on the list for April2018. I received a call on April 19 they could do the job the next day. I was concerned about impending snow storm predicted for the 21. They stated in all likelihood it could be done in one day. They came at 7am and worked through day. Joe one the owners dropped by to check on project. They were able to complete the job in one day. Everything was put back, cleaned up. The next day Bill the other owner came to check on job that the grounds were left clean with no debris left, materials not used were picked up. In talking with Bill he stated he sent over a total of 9 men to complete my project in one day because of impending storm. He even brought up my garage cans and newspaper . Very appreciated. I highly recommend this company."

"great. only thing was that they did not re-stain posts holding up decks. I didnt realize this wasnt included. BUT they were very responsive, and very conscientious. I was especially impressed with how they protected the main floor of the house from the raccoon contaminated items they had to remove from the attic via stairs into main house. I also appreciated Roberts suggestions and expertise. I would use them again"

"So far so good, but no work has been done yet.  In reality they are like many other vendors.  You give them your budget and your wish list; they come back with a couple of proposals the first of which is way out of your price range but you don't know that until you get all excited about what you are going to get.  That is irritating because that is a waste of my time but once we reiterated our budget we got back down to reality.  I'll come back and write another review once the work is completed. <br />"

"They were excellent. Dug the foundation, set the cinder blocks, poured the concrete. Built it up from there. Put on the 10x12 addition with 3 windows, 8 electrical outlets, Pergo floor, painting and finishing molding. The owner as well as every one of the crew were respectful and dedicated to doing the job 100%. Even the siding matches! They put up new rain gutters and a new roof over the addition as well. They will come back once the ground thaws after winter to do the landscaping which was included in the price.  We will have them back next year to do some remodeling in the house. Absolutely wonderful experience. If you want a quality construction firm, this is it!!! <br />"

Of course there were delays: weather, unforeseen problems, change orders and travel. <br /> Sam is personable, professional, honest and holds himself to high standards. <br /> We lived on site for the entire job, April through November, despite warnings from everyone. We got along just fine. Sam likes input from his clients and is always happy to incorporate our ideas and opinions.  <br /> Sam will be the first person to tell you that he is not a rush contractor. He believes good work takes time and he takes his time. You can view that as a plus or minus; I agree with him and endured construction fatigue with my eye on the finished job. <br /> Sam's bid was fair and he came in within budget. He really cares about and takes pride in his work."

"Steve and his team did a beautiful job on my project.  I have to admit, I was skeptical that what I wanted could actually be done.  Steve not only executed my wishes exactly, he made suggestions and improvements on my ideas that proved to me he was a artist as well as a contractor.  The combination of colors and patterns he wove into my patio is amazing.  I wish I did this years ago.  My only regret is that summer is almost over and soon I won't get to enjoy my beautiful oasis!"

We actually had hired another contractor, who took such a long time, never returned our calls, missed meetings, and took months to even get us our bid. And when that contractor did get us our bid, it was more than doubled our previously discussed budget!  <br /> That is when we called you, you came out immediately, was extremely professional, but more importantly, you had a personal interaction with both me and my wife throughout the entire process. You answered all our phone calls, all of our questions, and talked with us throughout the entire process. We felt extremely confident and assured through the entire lift. This house is our dream house and we are going to live in it until we die, and you knew how much it meant to us, and you took care of it as if it were your own. <br /> As you know, my wife ended up in the hospital with some complications with her surgery while you were working on our home, and you took such great care of our house. You knew she was very disappointed that she could not be there, as she designed the foundation window placements and had a big part in the doors and steps. Your crew was so kind and so professional and meticulous, that they knew that two particular windows were very important to my wife.  Your crew wanted to get them perfect and asked me some questions about them, that I could not answer. My wife was feeling better, but still in the hospital, and I called her on the phone, while your crew waited for me, as she and I discussed for several minutes the exact placement of the windows. Some minor changes had to be made and your crew could have easily just slapped the two windows in the new location, which was only slightly off of the original plan, and be done with it, but they stopped and pointed out where my wife originally wanted them and the new location difference and wanted to be sure that my wife understood the change, and wanted me to talk to my wife first. I was so very impressed that they made the adjustments on the spot that my wife suggested over the phone. I don’t think any other company would have gone through this much trouble to please their customers! <br /> You also were very respectful of our property, neighbors, and your crew were always very willing to stop and explain the process of what was going to happen next. Not one time did we ever feel like we were in your way. Actually, it was the opposite, we felt like you and your crew were very excited to show us your equipment and how it worked and actually wanted us around so we could see how it all worked and so we could see for ourselves how everything was perfect - and it was! <br /> We will always remember you and think of you so highly. Thank you for making the beginning our home building so easy and off to such a perfect start. There are so many things that can go wrong when redoing a home, and having it go off with such a perfect start gives us such great hope. You have certainly set bar very high for the other contractors that will be coming in for the other parts of the home! Your company and its crew should be very proud of its work. You do a job that is very difficult, complex and tedious, but you do it with care, expertise, and perfection. We actually miss you guys and wish you were around. You are like family to us.
