This was corrected but they had to rearrange another job. The caller failed to mention the backed up sink so the employee came uprepared for the job and had to wait for someone to deliver a snake. This of course extended the time spent, which was hourly. I had their employee replace extra outlets while waiting. The employee himself worked diligently, and nonstop, none of the delay was his fault. Ended up having to hire a plumber with additional costs."
