"I have multiple chemical sensitivities and was looking for a good insulation that wouldn't offgas and was least likely to cause a reaction. I spoke with Jonathan at Blanket Insulation who was the first person who made me feel "heard." He did a lot of research on his own and even came out twice to quote a few different options. Ultimately, we went with a company that had a vendor-specific insulation that Blanket didn't carry. However, pricing was on par with other quotes we received, and Jonathan was incredibly helpful. (Also, he was getting married--so Jonathan, best wishes for many happy years!!) I would recommend them for traditional insulation."

We contacted four vendors (two of whom we had used before).  Our install was a bit tricky, and some companies would not even quote the job.  Mike was the most responsive, and gave us the most options.  I researched third party reviews on the product lines he proposed.  All seemed to have good reviews.  This is really hard to find in either windows or sliding doors!  During the sales process he was informative and presented several options, but absolutely no high pressure.  So easy and pleasant to work with. The installer was very professional and really knew what he was doing. 

We are very pleased with both the quality of the door and the installation.  We would not hesitate to use Mike again

"The company performed the chimney sweep and inspection. They also noted several issues that needed to be rectified. They informed me that they would provide me with a quote for the issues they noted within a week. However, they never responded. About one month after the visit, I received a phone call from the company because they thought I wanted to schedule a visit. When I informed them that they had already performed my requested tasks, but that I was waiting for their quote for follow-up work, they told me that they would call me back with the quote once they review their notes. It has been 1-2 months, and I still have not heard back."
