"I showed Dustin what I wanted done, he looked it over and gave me a rough estimate. He told me a time he would be here to get started but called in advance to let me know they were "tied up" (very nice of him to do that, instead of me guessing what happened). On the new date he gave me (only a couple of days later) they showed up, completed the excavation, built the forms and told me the concrete would be here the next day. Also, they followed the rough drawing, I gave them, very closely. The concrete arrived when they said it would, they completed the pour, did the finishing, actually removed the forms mere hours after the pour, sealed it, cleaned up after themselves and left. Excellent job, looks just as I had envisioned it. Only one complaint... they said they probably won't come back during the winter and shovel the snow off of it every morning. I'm well satisfied."

"See review 2015 for part one of story. I found I stilled worried about water in the basement crawl space even though there was a big improvement with the 2015 fixes. So I called Tim again and talked about options. Since the full size part of the basement didn't seem to have any water problems we left that alone and concentrated on the crawl space. His crew punched holes along the bottom of the walls to let water flow out. They draped the holes to direct the water flow into a pipe that took the water to the sump pump. They sprayed the walls to kill any mold that had formed and draped them with a material that made them look better. They also covered the pipe with concrete. The crew was wonderful, Brandon in particular. They worked hard in very uncomfortable circumstances (hard pebbly floor surface, 3 ft height, and huge spiders). At the same time, they sprayed foam into the space between the rafters along the outside of the wall (no more huge spiders) to insulate. To prevent future problems they reinforced my back basement wall to prevent the horizontal crack at the freeze line from becoming bigger. I am thrilled with the results. Besides the bonus of being spider free, I have no water in my crawl space, ever. I can hear the sump pump working nonstop during heavy rains and big snow melts. I didn't know I had bought in a high water table area and that basement water was a common problem in the area. You sure can't tell by my basement any more."

"Pat and his crew were kind, friendly, and professional. First, Pat always called us back and kept us informed of the project status. He was there to answer any questions no matter how insignificant they were or how busy Pat may have been. Pat is a good salesman but his recommendations are justifiable. For example, when I wanted to build a slightly smaller shed, Pat convinced me that adding the extra square footage would be well worth it and he was right! The new sidewalk is not only whiter and crisper looking, but we don’t find any water in our garage after a heavy rain storm. <br /> The patio looks good! We chose stamped concrete and had a few challenges during the stamping and pouring process. Pat worked with us to resolve these imperfections and, as a result, the imprints are defined and the colors vibrant. Pat’s crew took great care to ensure our patio would be welcoming and of the highest integrity. Pat’s craftsmanship and dedication to customer service is exemplified in his final product. "They were excellent. Dug the foundation, set the cinder blocks, poured the concrete. Built it up from there. Put on the 10x12 addition with 3 windows, 8 electrical outlets, Pergo floor, painting and finishing molding. The owner as well as every one of the crew were respectful and dedicated to doing the job 100%. Even the siding matches! They put up new rain gutters and a new roof over the addition as well. They will come back once the ground thaws after winter to do the landscaping which was included in the price.  We will have them back next year to do some remodeling in the house.
