Travis came out an inspected the situation and diagnosed it as failing ties to the structure. He advised me thoroughly on the remedy, explaining the system that he would use and built up my confidence in him and his work. We scheduled for a repair about 4 days later and he showed up on time and completed the work. I was assured that I'd be unable to detect the repair and it looks great and now I don't have to worry about my garage wall falling into my neighbors yard. He also patched some cracked bricks that were symptoms of the failing ties. All of this work was done for a very reasonable price too!"
