"Slow start, miscommunication when the project would start, once started we were happy with the progress, the courtesies and Dillon, the owner. He seemed to really try to meet our needs and work with us in completing the job. Completed July, paid in full; less 3 weeks out, the gate started to dramatically bow, see pictures; then we noticed many slats were not secured, as the nails did not connect with the 2x4?s. We contacted Dillon right away (near end July) and he indicated a family loss, and that it would be a couple of weeks before he could get back. Once we were in September never heard back from him, we reached out again, scheduled a date/time, no show, no call, no text, nothing. Reached out directly to Dillon, he apologized, rescheduled. That morn of appt. I received a text, another loss in family. To be understanding we waited, Oct. no response. Had appt last week,no show,no text,nothing. Now he said ?too busy? ?wait?. Will be forced to proceed with remedies of relief. "
