"I am so excited at the way my house looks. These gentlemen came when they were supposed to and did an EXCELLENT job. When we first spoke on the phone I said I had 26 windows and no screens. Later I realized I counted the two bay windows as one each instead of four each. Also forgot to count the higher windows and the 17 screens in the sunroom. I called them to apologize for my mistake. They were very understanding and left all the windows and screens sparkling. In fact, my windows were so clean, inside and out, that a bird flew into one of them.
