They used professional equipment to complete the tree removal and stump grinding efficiently. Whether we were talking before the work started or during the job, they were always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They arrived around 8:15 a.m. and completed the entire project by approximately 1:00 p.m. After removing the trees and grinding the stumps, they thoroughly cleaned the work area. They also repaired my fence after finishing the job, as they had needed to open it to access and remove a tree in the backyard. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and attention to detail. "Jeannette came out to look at the work and give me an estimate. We walked through the yard and I pointed out a number of dead and dying tree for removal and explained how I needed the tree limbs hanging over the driveway trimmed up. I also pointed out several large bushes which needed trimming and shaping. She provided me with an estimate and gave me a $200 discount. On the day of the work the crew showed up on time. The crew chief discussed the estimate with me to insure they would be doing what was agreed upon. Miguel (crew chief) was friendly. helpful and professional. Everyone in the crew was friendly and professional. They completed the work to my satisfaction and left the yard clean."

My 12 year old queen palms are too big for me to trim any longer so I contacted Ivan 3 mos ago and he came out and did a complete makeover on my palms and bushes and we set up for a quarterly trim/cut!  He spent the entire day the first time really taking his time to make all my palms look amazing.  They aren't just trees in my yard, they are part of a beautiful background for my pool/backyard oasis.  He was on time and very professional.  He gave me a quote in writing and stuck to it.  The only thing that would make me happier is if they would hire someone who can climb the palms so I don't have to use someone else eventually.  :o(

"Sierra Arbor Works estimator came the same day I called them, we'd just had a storm and a Green Ash in the front yard had started coming to pieces, I had several estimators come out and they all told me that the tree wasn't worth saving and that we should cut it down and grind out the stump and replant something else there. Sierra Arbor Works was the first team that told me that they could save the tree. Since it was a fairly large tree and provided a lot of shade for us in the summer we were very excited to hear this. Wes and his crew came out and cleaned up the fallen branches and made a major weight reduction in the tree so no more would fall if there were more storms. They even cut up some of the wood and stacked it on the side yard to season for our fire pit! Overall I'm very happy with my decision to work with Sierra Arbor Works and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any one."

"I called as soon as the tree fell, as it was hanging over a fence and over my neighbors swimming pool. I got the voice mail recorder and left a message expressing the urgency of the situation. Within 15 minutes I received a call back. They were at my house within an hour. They cut up the tree and removed it from my property, first asking if I wanted any wood from the tree. I did not, so it was disposed of. They also cleaned the leaves from my neighbors pool. Fortunately there was no real damage to the fence. (Thank goodness it was a fairly new fence, or it would not have withstood the force of the tree falling on it.) They returned the next day to get rid of the tree stump. They were very efficient and cleaned up the site perfectly. Polite, efficient and timely, what more could you ask for from anyone! I will be having them do more work for me at the first of next year. I highly recommend this company!
