"We chose Garcia Roofing because we wanted a highly reputable, local, Louisiana licensed and insured roofing company. We had a GAF HD shingle roof installed previously, that was approximately 8 years old. Hurricane Ida winds were (my estimate as we were in our home during the storm) 130mph sustained for 6-8 hours. We considered both shingle and the standing seam metal roof for our roof replacement. We chose the standing seam metal roof as the most cost effective long term solution. Garcia Roofing installed a 26 gauge standing seam metal roof for us. We’re very pleased with our new roof. It’s beautiful and very well installed. We chose the medium bronze color. The installation crew did a superior job. We had to replace 36 CDX plywood sheets to fix the damaged roof deck. Additionally, we had facia/soffit repairs included. We highly recommend Garcia Roofing and their standing seam metal roof. Thanks Garcia Roofing for taking excellent care of us!"

"I have used Preaux Roofing several times. After getting 3 estimates I decided to go with Preaux roofing for repairs to an old roof. Their quote was almost identical to another company, and I went with them as I felt more comfortable. I did not get estimates when it was time to replace the roof, as I was very pleased with the service provided. IAny concerns about the old roof, and they were always at the house in a day or 2 at the latest. And then about 3 years later to replace the old roof. Preaux Roofing showed up on the scheduled day and completed the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up after completing the job. The new roof has been leak free. I would definitely use them again and recommend Preaux Roofing."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"Everything went as good as I possibly could have imagined. The entire crew was professional, accommodating, friendly, talented. The whole project was 1st class work, including the custom work done on the gables and eaves due to termite and water damage. The tie-ins to the 2 flat sections, along with the silicone coating were very well done. Quality materials were used throughout. Everything was cleaned up beautifully. "I was at work when they came. When I got home, I looked at it and everything was satisfactory. I have a raised house and the floor got freezing during the winter. Not only did it seal the gaps, it insulated it from the air outside. I've been under there recently and noticed that the foam is separating from under the house. I will call and see if they guarantee their work or if that's something that just happens over time. It was right in the middle of the road as far as price goes. Everything was fantastic. If they guarantee their work, it would be even better."
