I was originally given a written invoice with an agreed-upon price. After the job was completed, I was told the total would be approximately $500 more than what was originally quoted. After I brought forward the original invoice, I was not required to pay the additional amount, but this was stressful and concerning. Additionally, the job was not fully completed. A full piece of wood was left off around my center island. The contractor stated he would return to fix it, but he never responded to my follow-up requests and the issue remains unresolved. "
