"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. Thanks, Floors Sag or Shake!"

"Best roofing job ever. In my line of work it’s hard to find honest, professional, and punctual people. Sean and his crew do top-notch work and highly recommend them!"

"Joseph came out to inspect and measure within a couple days of my call. The quote was available that same evening. Within less than two weeks we had a new roof, new front porch steps and railing as well as a window and paint/repair facious/soffitts. He and his team do great work and are on time and courteous. We are extremely happy with the work they did and would highly recommend SkyView!"

"Mr. John did a partial repair on my roof. It’s been a couple years now since the repair and I have not had any issues. I am extremely pleased with his work and would recommend for roofing needs."

"Excellent, from beginning to end. Special thanks to Devon for calming all my fears. The installation crew did an amazing job. This is a very professional, top notch company. I will not hesitate to refer them to my family, neighbours and friends. Thank you for a job well done. My roof looks so good."

"OUTSTANDING!!! Total Pro Roofing just installed a new roof for us and we could not be happier! Erik Lindbloom was so professional and he went above and beyond to help us! The most excellent customer service and superb quality work! I highly recommend Erik and Total Pro Roofing! THE BEST!!!"

"I had a leak in my roof and contacted Preferred Roofing and Restoration, LLC. I was referred to them by my neighbor and must say I am satisfied and impressed by their professionalism and customer service. The roof inspector John came out and inspected my roof and made me feel comfortable with filing a storm damage claim for hail and wind damage from start to finish. I will recommend them to anyone in need of professional roofing contractors in the area.

"So refreshing to have someone show up as promised and complete the work as promised! Owner was super nice and helpful and came to supervise the work himself. Would definitely recommend!"
