"Let me start by saying that I went thru three other companies and thier prices were really high up there. I was ready to give up on a dream that I have had for years . My children are all moved out and I thought I can finally reface my kitchen . … but the quotes I was getting were depressing …. But my son suggested Angie’s List 😀… I have never tried Angie’s List before so I thought what the heck … well to my surprise I called three companies out of Angie’s List and one of them was Wiseman Home Improvements . I am so glad I chose them to work on my kitchen . Phil came gave and estimate but I had seen two before him … needless to say … Phil sent me an estimate and it was right within my budget …. "Would dodge the question when i asked for a contract and never wrote one out, broke 2 of my lighting fixtures (they replaced these), 2 window panes (they replacedone with plexiglass which is plastic and denied the other one), got paint everywhere including my front steps, left a truckload of garbage after saying they'd remove all of it, left asbestos everywhere, destroyed $500 worth of crown molding by cutting it wrong, and left beer bottles that they were drinking on the job in my sink. I'm afraid to have anyone work on my house ever again at this point."

There were a few hiccups beyond our control that caused delays and while I freaked out some, he remained calm, flexible, and focused on solutions that kept the work flowing. As the work did progress, I asked for additional upgrades that were not part of the original job estimate. To which he seamlessly agreed to.
