To meet our schedule, Anytime Construction actually started a week early. Once construction started, we realized there was no foundation and the old steps were built on disintegrating cinder block. After discussing the issue, Kevin outlined the best way to resolve the issue. The town inspector agreed with Kevin and we agreed to pour a new, reinforced foundation. This was a substantial increase in cost, and to help us afford the addition, Kevin offered us a financing option. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the final project looks beautiful.
