"They helped me with my patio door. I was afraid of who to hire, but a friend recommended Alex, and they really did a great job. They met my expectations, a very clean and professional job. I highly recommend them."

"I took a chance with CSZ construction because Home Advisor reviewers were so positive-- and I am glad I did. Cesar, the owner, is a very competent professional who did most of the work himself. He weatherproofed my balcony door, fixed a window and replaced the water line of my refrigerator. His prices are very competitive and he will be my go-to repairman from now on."

"James and his team did a wonderful job installing my bathroom tile, vanity, and other odds and ends. He is very knowledgable, helpful and personable. He was very patient and flexible working with me to choose items for the renovation. The work was done in the time and for the budget estimated.I will be hiring him again for my other projects."

"The install was done considerably well but the follow up customer service to repair the doors could?ve been better"

"The installation crew did a fantastic job.  They were very conscientious, very considerate and they knew what they were doing and they got it done fairly quickly.

The price is a bit expensive but I got a good deal."

"AV General Group LLC did an amazing job installing my sliding door. The team was professional, on time, and very detail-oriented. They made sure everything was aligned perfectly and worked smoothly before finishing the job. The quality of their work really shows, and they left the area clean and tidy. I?m very happy with the result and would definitely hire them again for future projects. Highly recommend!"

"We are very pleased. We interviewed a number of security companies and received proposals including DIY to the big national and regional companies. I was not satisfied with any of the companies until I learned of 1stSecurity. Their pricing was good, both for the monthly fee ($40) and for the cost of the equipment. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."

"IronWood Carpentry did a fantastic job installing 8 cabinets with handles in our laundry room area. They were professional and timely, and the work turned out beautifully! Thank you so much! If you need any work around the house/installs, I would definitely hire them again!"

"Simple Home Improvements provided excellent service and installed the best quality windows/sliding doors in the business. The team that came was very professional. Windows look amazing!"

"Workers arrived on time as scheduled. We had a little snafu with the building rules; my building requires that the hallway from the elevator to the apartment door be covered with masonite.  They were not prepared for this, and providing this service cost an additional $275.  So if anyone else is doing this in manhattan, I recommend you check with your building codes and make sure everything is worked out ahead of time so that there are no surprise extra costs.
The guys were very courteous and efficient.  The floors look beautiful, and there is minimal dust.  Overall, I am quite happy.  I would recommend them.
