He gave good input on what to consider while deciding where to place the pad and they graded the surroundings to help control rainwater runoff. The pad looks beautiful. Shawn, Sergio and crew were timely and left the site neat and clean, though there were a few nails from the frame, no big deal. He managed to find a matching block to replace that one. Repaired all of the crumbling blocks and mortar. Overall the repairs look great and blend nicely on our old house."

Everyone else wanted to do start from scratch and do previous work I had done over while Rick explained he could repair the work and save me some money since I had already paid for work years ago. The crew Rick sent was prompt,clean and very respectful of my house and I was extremely satisfied with work they did. It has now been 2 months since the work was done and everything has been dry with no issues at all on the new work that was done or the repairs to the old work that the other waterproofing company did and couldn't figure out how to repair.
