"I can not speak higher of All American Waterproofing out of Wadsworth, Ohio! I live by the Wolf Creek Tavern in Norton’s loyal Oak & for the first time since moving in late 2001/early 2002 my basement suffered a massive flood August 8, 2023. Owner Mike Johns gave me his plan & the estimate. Other companies sent young people who never actually did the work and were basically just reinstalling what I already had downstairs. Mike had a much better plan, And I feel confident that I could finish my basement and it is never going to get wet again! I now have a sump pump in each corner of the basement, the sump pumps have secondary backup pumps, they have battery back ups in case the power goes out, all the pumps and all my downspouts all the way around the house are now dumped far from the house down by the road. "Let me start off by saying wow. This is one family oriented company. you wouldn't think that by how large they are all over the united states. I had a main sewer line in my basement leaking at 4am, i called roto rooter at 5 and they had a tech there by 6:30 drove almost an hour for an emergency! that is dedication. HIs name was Cam (i hope i spelled your name right!). He fought it for almost 2 hours. we weren't making any progress so he wanted to call in a more experienced tech, his name was Joe, what a beard man! Joe showed up within an hour, cam left so he could get to his next appointment he apologized that he couldn't get it done because the drain just didn't want to cooperate. Joe immediately went to work with his drain snake, to no avail he couldn't figure it out, Joe busted out the jetter. At the end of this story we found out it was a city side sewer main back up. I wish i had more space to write. these guys are pooper hero's, Don't know how they do it everyday. ButThankyou "

"Had Abe out to correct a clogged drain on a Sunday morning. Snaking didn’t work so he called for the water jet truck. Tony came out and they ran a camera and found a break. Tony explained to us that this break should have been caught when they were last out and it will be fixed free of charge under their warranty. "I called Neatnics Home Repair Company on 9/28/15, to do some handy man work around my house. At that time I asked how much did they charge per hour.  The nice young man said that they charge $145 for the first hour and $90 per hour for each hour that their company are in the home.  I had two faucets installed, one faucet fixed, cleaned fan cover and a cabinet in my bathroom installed and I wanted a toilet in my upstairs bathroom installed.  Toilet could not be installed at that time, just the old one removed because the floor had to be repaired first.  They did haul all old materials away.  On 10/5/15, two guys showed up to my house.  They were the nicest most polite men.  Very professional, well dressed and just real nice to even talk to.  Both of the guys did an exceptional job with what I wanted them to do, and I do appreciate that.  One of the young men even went back to the store for me to exchange one of the faucets that did not have everything in the box.  You just cannot beat that kind of customer service. <br /> My only complaint is that when I was initially told over the phone how much it was going to cost to do the job mentioned above, I did not know that I would be paying for each man that was in my house the same price per hour.  It was just the two of them, but I paid $717.75 for the job.  One guys hours was 4.75 and the other was 3.50.  I was charged for 8.25 full hours all together.  One arrived at 10:45 am and the other at 12 pm.  Both left at 3:30pm.  10% was taken from the total charge. <br /> One reason I am sending this note is because my husband is still having a problem with the amount charged.  He thought that it was not fair to quote a price on the phone, then the amount is different when it is time to pay. I did not know that each service tech would receive $90 per hour.  I had to pay them once I saw the receipt stating that both get paid per hour. <br /> I just don't want this to happen to anyone else.  Please ask if the charge is for each service tech that enters your home.  If I would have known that it was for each service tech, I would have continued searching for other options. <br /> Thank you for your time. <br /> Have a good day! <br /> Vanessa E.
