"We had four estimates for the work to be done, and Darryl's estimate was the lowest and was the company that recommended the most conservative repairs. Other companies wanted to take out much larger areas of drywall adjacent to where the water damage was because they told us that the damage was likely very extensive, and to repair smaller areas in the center of a large expanse of drywall would show an obvious line of demarcation between the repair and the old drywall and popcorn ceiling. <br /> When Darryl came to do an estimate, he told us he would remove the obviously damaged areas and then at that point, he would determine where the water a caused damage to the ceiling and insulation. Then, after evaluating the extent of the damage, he would finalize a decision about how much drywall and insulation actually needed to be removed. He seemed very knowledgeable and cost conscious. The work actually ended up costing a little less than our insurance company allotted for the project. <br />   <br /> We were very impressed with how professional the crew was. They were exactly on time every time, and were meticulous in taping and blocking off the work area from the rest of the house.  They cleaned up each evening when work was finished. We have heard that having dry wall work in the house would be a dusty mess everywhere, but we had very little dust since they made little "plastic rooms" for themselves to work. We have a popcorn texture on all of the ceiling areas that they repaired. We were told by Darryl that it was very difficult to match it exactly and that they would do the best they could. Well, they did an amazing job! The match of drywall and texture was much better than we expected. It's really difficult to tell where they repaired the drywall and  the popcorn finish matches very well, almost exactly. We had a neighbor in to look at the repairs and she could not tell where any of the repairs began or ended. <strong>These guys are artists</strong>! We hope we never have another water leak, but if we do, Darryl and his crew will be the first ones we call. <br />"

"I cannot speak highly enough about the team from "The Electrician." We live in an older pre-fabricated home with no attic space and no ceiling lighting. The installation required fishing wiring through and around countless beams over long expanses. The team was patient, skilled, and confident in their work. They even helped us arrange an improved placement when our original plan was not possible due to our home's unique structure. Their work was completed in a timely fashion, and looks and functions beautifully! The estimate was fairly priced and the initial estimate procedure was professionally handled and carefully explained. Most importantly the owner and team were polite, communicative, detail-oriented, and tidy. As this job was done during a pandemic, the electricians remained masked and used other professional health protocol during their work. I have used "The Electrician" in the past with similarly exceptional results and intend to continue to do so in the future."

"I hired Patrick for a kitchen remodel. I needed the existing cabinets, sink, countertop, and tile removed. The space prepared for a new sink cabinet and a new wall cabinet to replace the existing cabinets. I first met Patrick and knew that I would like working with him. His estimate came in, and that sealed it. Patrick did an amazing job!!! He installed the new cabinets, countertop, some tile work, lighting, some new outlets and a new sink and garbage disposal. He did an amazing job on all of it!!! A great job on the electrical, plumbing, tile, framing in the wall for the new cabinet and replacing the existing sink cabinet, drywall, and preparing the new walls for final paint for me. Patrick had really great suggestions on materials and things that just made sense as we went along. He also was really open to my suggestions and changes as the project progressed. Not only is he a great contractor and amazing at what he does, he's a really kind person. It was a pleasure to have Patrick in my home for the project, and we had many great conversations and he is just a really good person. The project came in on time and UNDER budget! Well, a little over the original budget, but that was my fault because I added things like a garbage disposal, extra outlets, tile work, etc... But definitely under budget for all the work he did. I would hire Patrick again, for sure. I wish I could upload photos of my before and after. Great work Patrick!! Oh, and during COVID times, Patrick always had a mask on while working and I appreciate that."
