"He responded to a call on Friday afternoon.  He responded within the hour and came out on a Friday afternoon about 4 pm.  He augered the clean out port in the basement removing a large quantity of wipes.  He indicated that he thought there might be a blockage at the opening of the sewer tank.  I was unable to find the location of the septic tank so he recommended someone he knew who had a sewer camera and could do that for me.  He made the phone call and stayed with me until he arrived within 30 minutes and explained everything to him and stayed and helped the other plumber so the job was taken care off much faster.  I was extremely pleased with the work that was performed and his price."

"The service technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem. He also did a complete cleaning of the inside parts to make the unit run more efficiently. The cost was $260, which seems a bit high, but we also needed some parts and I have nothing to compare this total for parts and labor to so maybe the price was fair. It's only been a week or so since the repair but the dryer is purring like she used to so we are pleased so far. If this service gives us another 5-10 years of life, it will be money well spent."
