"This company customer service representative is emotionally immature. I don’t know why her brain has not fully formed, but no adult should be at their place of employment speaking to other people as if we know each other socially. Not only that the technician didn’t solve the problem and actually used and repurposed a part that happened to be on his truck to fix a persistent issue. I’ve been having with one of my sprinklers. I would absolutely not recommend this company at all it would be one thing to have poor customer service, but we really good at delivering on your core competencies but when you can’t even do that correctly and have poor customer service, then what is your purpose?"
