"I met with Claudia and we walked through my home and I explained to her my needs and she delivered! We revonated our home and I needed a crew to come and clean up post construction because I was having a hard time keeping up with wiping all the dust away. They did a great job!! I’m actually going to maintain service with them. She also did a great job explaining that their might be dust still settling and she would be happy to come back to help clean up again!! They were extremely friendly and hard working. Definitely go with them!!"

"We asked for a full house clean and they were able to schedule one with a pretty quick turnaround time. The lady who did our house was very nice and brought all the tools she needed. She cleaned the shower stalls, bathtubs, sinks, toilets, vacuumed all the carpets including the stairs, dusted the baseboards, cleaned the blinds, and wiped down countertops. She would have also changed sheets but I told her we didnâ t need that done that day. We ended up setting up recurring visits because it was so nice to get occasional help with keeping up with the house!"

"Overall the service was good, not great. I hired Joy Cleaning for a deep cleaning of my empty home prior to moving in. Shortly before they were scheduled to arrive, I was notified that they were delayed by two hours. Upon arrival, they went to work upstairs. I had to pre-pay for a 3 hour minimum and they were finished a little after 2 hours. Kind of sucks, but I was aware of the minimum prior to booking. Also, the home was empty so there was nothing to clean around, no blinds, didn't need the oven cleaned. In the end: the house is clean and they finished it a lot quicker than I would have. The service was pretty detailed - baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, dusting, and more. My detractors are that they arrived late and used my trash bags and paper towels."

"It was excellent from start to finish. She showed up on time, which is unheard of anymore. She did everything she told me she was going to do, and she didn't come back to try and upcharge me after she started the work. My fixtures look better than they did when I bought my house. She had a smile the whole time and totally made me feel comfortable having her take the reigns and run with what needed to be done to get my place looking good enough to get my moms seal of approval."
