"Excellent move! These guys coped really well with changing requirements and a more-difficult-than-anticipated move. They were honest about everything, and handled our stuff with care. They spent like 2x the time they expected to and still counted the hours in our favor. An item got broken during the trip and they were quick to point it out and they will repair or replace it. Always get insurance! There was no damage to either building during the move. I think that the dispatcher might have underestimated the scale of the job a little bit (I know that we underestimated, too, so part of that might be our fault), so the truck they dispatched for this move was just slightly too small so it was a bit cramped. That's no problem for us, but if you're planning on moving, maybe try and be extra generous with your estimate."

"I can't recommend this company highly enough. Top notch service. The phone is always answered within a few rings by a live and incredibly helpful assistant. They are very accommodating. I had a last minute change of plans, and needed my delivery delayed by a day. Aleks, Moses, and Tommy made it work. The movers are remarkably fast. My apartment was completely cleared of all boxes and furniture within two hours. Everything arrived perfectly, with not a single dish or cup broken. The rate for my SF-LA move was very reasonable. I wish I could afford to tip the movers more. If you need something moved, I would most definitely go with Hauling Moses! "This is the second time I've used Hauling Moses for a move. This first time was in 2019 and their service was so good that we decided to use them again when we had to move again. I gave them a call and the next day I was able to have one of their representatives come do a walk through/ estimate. They were able to suggest several options that would ensure a cost efficient but high quality move despite several complexities (ex. construction, lots of fragile items, bulky kids toys, appliances). The day of the move, they were on time, professional and did an excellent job. There was scaffolding on the building we moved out of, but they were able to get all our items out safely and with great care (ex. things were wrapped and protected). We have unpacked all our boxes now and nothing was broken or damaged. They also called both the day before to confirm and after to ensure we were happy with service.
