"On time gave a very fair estimate and not only did he fix the leaks in the roof where other contractors I hired were unable to do. He also painted the ceiling making the room look brand new. We went through a hard rain since and not one leak appeared. He was thourough, fast and worked hard to get it done. Iam thankful for his skill and will use him again for other issues that need repair. I trust him and his work and highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you somuch Enrique!"

"After dealing with frequent roof repairs, we finally decided on a complete replacement for our Livermore home. Avi kept us informed every step of the way, and the finished roof exceeded our expectations. It's made a noticeable difference during hot summer days."

"They repaired a wood fireplace mantel that required matching current molding. It was a bit high for the work for the time spent but he did a great job."

"The back door of our home was from 1964, had a louver window and was completely rotten on the bottom. CSM fabricated a fiberglass door with low e window that opens including the frame and sill. Removing the old frame proved to be quite a task and once removed, the opening required modifications for the new frame to fit. The installation team was great - professional, courteous, skilled and cleaned up beautifully. Michael was very good to work with happily providing a quote and then altering the quote as requested. He even gave a cash discount on top of the Angie's List discount. I would use CSM again and recommend them highly.

"Chris did a fantastic job. His work is first class, a real craftsman with attention to detail. His price if fair and he honored the agreement. Installing replacement windows in an 80 year old house is not an easy job. Chris provided a suggestion for a manufacturer which proved great. He has extensive knowledge in window and door replacement and was a pleasure to work with. We are happy."

"Alan was fantastic. Punctual and professional and very reasonably priced. Easy-going and very clear about what he could do and what it would cost me. The only slight ding on the report (the B above instead of the A) was that one of the pieces of hardware he suggested didn't end up working very well. But Alan saw it right away and is working on an alternate for us... so I would say, overall, great experience and definitely hope to send more work his way."

"Contacted G&G and they promised to send a technician between 2-4pm. The technician called me before arriving and diagnosed the problem (a broken coupler) in a few minutes. He checked with co-workers to see if they had the part (since he did not have it in his truck), met with one (instead of returning to the office and spending more time), quickly installed the part, and performed the annual maintenance. The garage door opens again and I was very satisfied with their work."
