I had also spoken to other companies as part of our planning and Borders was the most professional & had the best communication by far… that’s one of the most important things to me & it should be to you. Once we started the process, Andy kept me apprised of every step, including the process with the City permitting and PG&E. When we were cleared to go, all of the resources with the City as well as PG&E were coordinated and ready to go. On the day of install, Andy and his team were here early, prepared with all materials & supplies and hit the ground running. Andy was great about explaining the steps & components being included in the job. While here, Andy was also able to take a look at a couple of issues in our home. Shortly after, I hired Borders to install a number of GFI outlets. The job was scheduled quickly and completed professionally. I HIGHLY recommend Borders, have told neighbors & will use them again!"

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. "Service was great. I called four other electrical contractors to come out to give me an estimate and no one would bother. I called Inter Faith and they were here within the hour.
I had an issue with installation of a central vacuum since it was installed over 10 years ago, where the installer did not run a dedicated line for the furnace and the vacuum separately. The installer just put in a plug to be able to plug in the vacuum and furnace/ac blower at the same time. If I ran the two at the same time it would trip the breaker and neither would work.
Inter Faith ran a dedicated line to my vacuum, separate from the furnace. They did the job neatly and quickly. At first I though their quote was expensive, but after seeing what they had to do I am very happy with the price.
I would highly recommend them to do any work. They are now going to quote upgrading my solar system.

We also hardwired the house for internet access with multiple access points for whole house WIFI. We also had other smart devices installed. Shawn was a pleasure to work with. He did excellent work and communicated well. He does most of the work himself but utilizes experts when needed. He will stay at it until he gets it right. He has pride in his work. This was a prolonged job as he had to work around other construction workers and therefore be flexible with timing. He never disappointed. Even after being paid he is still available to answer questions and come out to solve any issues that come up. He does quality work and is an honest reliable person that over these several months has become a friend. Highly Recommended"
