"Jim and All Knight were great to work with. Very timely, provided multiple options on equipment replacement, talked us through the pros/cons. Very fair price. Professional and timely. "Classic Air gave me an estimate for a new Lennox Heat Pump and some duct work. They explained what they proposed doing and how it would improve the overall comfort of the house. Although it was the second highest estimate I received, I felt it was the most cost effective because it proposed better equipment, better duct work remedies, better warranty, and very experienced craftsmen doing the work. They arrived on time, removed the old system, found previous copper line repairs (poor soldering) were done incorrectly and had to fix those to ensure a proper seal of the refrigerant, installed the new Heat Pump and Air Handler, and activated the system. This system is by far the best and smoothest performing AC I have ever had. I could not be happier with all of it and highly recommend."
