"Overall it was great service - you need to know what you could expect. Although job started later than originally agreed, the whole team took a time to clean the area and prepare for cutting. They were very careful with each branch not only to avoid damage to the roof or tho the house, but as well not to mess the garden!. Branches were immediately cut and removed (onto the trailer). This team worked hard, and fast, making sure everything is left in excellent condition. Few thinks that you need to be ready, and accept as it is: They are trying to be on time, however, I would say it is "work in progress" (accept that it might be some delays, not huge, however...) If they would need to continue work next day - they will ask for partial payment. They are honest, and they will give you the receipt, and they will come next day, and yes they will complete agreed job, just be prepare that might happened. They were very polite and respectful, however like lots of younger people, some inappropriate jokes might be expected. Overall, GREAT work and well earned every single $.... they know how to do the job, and yet price reasonable."

"I met with the owner Micah Dean on a Friday we talked through all the yard issues. He listened  understood exactly what I wanted done.  He said the entire job could be completed in five days.  Although it rained on one of the scheduled work days, they still completed the job on time.   There were several different crews working from fencing to landscaping and they were all very professional and  responsive as the job progressed.  After some of the large bushes were torn out from between the houses I asked if an 8' shrub (after the fact and 3 days into the project) could be placed in the side yard to provide some privacy right at the kitchen door.  The next day... there it was!   When the project was completed I could not believe the transformation.  Micah and his crew really enjoy what they do, and customer satisfaction is important to them.  This is reflected in the quality of their work.  
As a side note, I also had a very large limb that had fallen and was hanging on the power line (the week before I contracted with Dean Landscaping) from my neighbor's tree.  Micah had arranged to have it hauled away, since it had taken the power company so long to respond.  The power company did finally arrive and removed it, however it was very reassuring to know I had a backup plan.  
I couldn't be more pleased with Dean Landscaping.  I will definitely be calling them in the future to have additional work done.

"It went Great! I was needing help getting my Grandmother's yard mowed and this company and the owner Robert were the right people for the job. They did Fantastic work for a reasonable price. "When they started the project, the concrete which was already cracked, seemed to be coming up pretty well.  When that was removed, they found a lot more gravel under the concrete than they anticipated so it was an additional time and expense to remove that.  The garage sill had to be repoured and they began installing the correct type of gravel and pounding down the base.  Being  April, it rained a lot in there and it slowed the progress as you can imagine.  Can't do much about the weather.  I also had some blocks on my garage foundation that were loose so they refilled the mortar to stabilize the foundation. This is when we found that the gutter drain pipes were broken and clogged.  They installed new piping and we cleaned out the remaining pipes before installing the pavers.  By having the "O" in the middle, it made for a lot more cuts and took some additional time but it was worth it.  They sealed the driveway and finally they installed the sod around the edges.  Along the way Jake had to deal with a major personal issue but handled it very well.  Jake and his crew did a very good job and handled all the little things that came up very professionally.  I don't know of any other contractor who would have worked with me the way they did.  In my opinion, they provided me with a great finished product and I would use them in the future.
