"Overall it was great service - you need to know what you could expect. Although job started later than originally agreed, the whole team took a time to clean the area and prepare for cutting. They were very careful with each branch not only to avoid damage to the roof or tho the house, but as well not to mess the garden!. Branches were immediately cut and removed (onto the trailer). This team worked hard, and fast, making sure everything is left in excellent condition. Few thinks that you need to be ready, and accept as it is: They are trying to be on time, however, I would say it is "work in progress" (accept that it might be some delays, not huge, however...) If they would need to continue work next day - they will ask for partial payment. They are honest, and they will give you the receipt, and they will come next day, and yes they will complete agreed job, just be prepare that might happened. They were very polite and respectful, however like lots of younger people, some inappropriate jokes might be expected. Overall, GREAT work and well earned every single $.... they know how to do the job, and yet price reasonable."

"Derek came to the house within a couple of days of my initial call.  He made notes of what we wanted and made suggestions.  We signed the contract and paid 40% up front.  The work was scheduled promptly, although it was delayed about a week because of very rainy weather.  Derek was very communicative via email.  
He brought a crew with him on the day promised, and they accomplished the work in about 3 hours.  They were polite, careful, and neat.  We are very happy with the work. We asked Derek to put us on the list for spring clean-up and mulching.

"This company is great. We have used them for over ten years. They cut about 3 acres for us, do it quickly, blow off the driveway and sidewalk and are always professional. When it snows a lot they find a way to fit us in to remove snow from our driveway (330 feet) even though I know coming out to help us loses money for them because of the time they could spend doing large parking lots. We've also had them fertilize our grass and put down weed stuff! You won't go wrong by using them!"
