"Only time will tell if the repair actually fixed the problem we had. We had two leaking windows that only leaked if the wind & rain were coming in a certain direction. Only happened once or twice a year. Repair man was very knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what the problem was. This went on for a couple of months. I saw this company advertised on HomeAdvisor, called them one day, and they were here the next day. In order to hang a modern garage door, I needed a new header and frame. I called Premier and they got me taken care of. The garage looks great and they were kind enough to coordinate with another contractor that I was working with as well. I will absolutely use them again once I move to my new property."

"Mr Moyer repaired a hole in a plaster ceiling for us caused by a water leak.  He gave us an accurate estimate and completed the work for that price. The ceiling is plaster and had areas where it was coming away from the lathe.  He was able to salvage much of the plaster and repair the hole using drywall, matching the original texture.  We were extremely happy with the work and the price.  We were so pleased that three weeks later when we had additional water damage to a second ceiling we immediately called him to do this repair.  He had his son and another worker do this job and we were just as happy with their work and the price for this second job.  This repair was a little more extensive and ran $225.00."
