"They did not do as thorough a job of cleanup as they should have. They also removed our gutter guards and trashed them but did not say anything until I asked after the job was complete. They said they typically do tell the home owners but in this instance they did not. According to them this is standard procedure."

If the roofing crew have notified myself or the contractor in fixing the issues, it would have been simple. When I did the contract of the roof, I also contracted the gutter to be replaced, and they has not replaced the gutter. Update 04/21/2025: The contractor responded to my issues and did a fantastic job. Thank you for responding quickly and so well."
