"This review is almost 2 years past due but because of family illness and death I kept putting it off and I greatly apologize for that. In March, 2020, I contacted Progressive after finding out Exodus, a company I hired to install a sliding door in the early 2000s was no longer in business and that the owner now works for Progressive. On a Sunday evening I had a problem closing the door by about 12 inches and left a frantic message on their voicemail. It probably seems silly but it was winter and I had an elderly parent living with me so I was very concerned with the cold even though I did everything I could to cover it up. Before end of business on Monday Progressive came out and fixed the (thankfully) very simple problem and asked for nothing in return. What more can anyone ask for? I will be forever grateful for their assistance."

"I called Harbor Construction the day the company "Green Living" who we originally placed our order with delivered the wrong colors of windows. Mike and Mich came out the same day to take measurements. The number one thing I can say is that Mike and his team provided us with Top notch customer service. They advised us of the best way to install screens (Something the other co. did not think of). and walked us through the entire process with white glove service. We replaced 19 windows and 2 sliding doors in our home. They were on point with communication and let us know in advance the day the project was to start. They finished in 2 days. Eddie & Bucket installed our windows. They were a super awesome team and they were very polite. Any question or request I had they were on top of it. If I could give them 10 stars I would. "We used the Simi Valley location of this company. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The quote we got was a bit higher than other providers, but it was clear we would get a better product and service. We chose Anlin Del Mar series, with triple-pane glass and soundproofing. Once the windows were measured, about six weeks later installation happened in a single day--we left for work and by the time we went home we had a house full of brand-new windows, and all was left clean and tidy. Most windows were retrofit, but one window had to be new construction to meet standards for bedroom egress. The inspector commented on what a good job the team had done in installing that new casement window. The windows are lovely with very smooth action of opening, closing and locking. We are very happy."
