He is the most professional and exacting general contractor my wife and I have ever worked with in the various SFRs we have occupied or invested in over the last 40 years. He completed this project in 4/5 weeks from start to completion. He was on site or in touch with us daily. He will complete many tasks himself. His subs are also highly qualified and he has cultivated them for many years. All changes are carefully explained as to time and expense.
