"Ricardo came on the first day to orient his workers. He started the job on the date we agreed upon two weeks earlier.
The work was completed in two days. The furniture went back first thing on the morning of the third day and would have been done at the end of the second day but I was not available.
They moved any furniture we previously were unable to. They did a sample in another room because I wasn't sure how the condition of the floor would influence how it would turn out.  There was no additional charge for this. I will be doing this work in the spring and will definitely call on Five Stars Flooring again. 
Everyone was very considerate, careful and professional. Ricardo was very responsive and answered calls immediately, or got back to me very promptly if I left a message.
As disruptive as this work can be in your home I can almost say it was a pleasure the way they got us through it.
