She was able to put the look I wanted together and made it better than I could imagine. Her suggestions on color, chairs and appliances were right-on!! The granite countertops are breathtaking! Additionally, she was so friendly, supportive and always available for input. When I had a slight issue, one of the partners, Matt, came to my house on a Saturday and stayed until it was fixed to my satisfaction! Greg, who installed my cabinets and sinks is a perfectionist! My kitchen cabinets and pantry are beautiful. And he was able to refinish old floor tile I wanted to preserve in the bathroom. And the lighting, bathtub tile and sound system in the bathroom is unbelievable! The staff was friendly and professional, always cleaning up before they left for the night. I am so happy and impressed with Red Box that I have hired Red Box to remodel another bathroom!"

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

"We had water back-up in our basement and didn't know if it was sewage or just water back-up, since we had recently had lots of flooding in our area. The technician explained that since our house had sat empty for 2 years, all the sludge in the pipes settled at the bottom, and needed to be cleared out. We shouldn't have this problem again. He explained what the problem was, and what he was going to do in order to fix it. And then - we forgot our checkbook, and only had $117 in cash on us - and our total was $145.00. He was just going to accept the $117 and be done with it, but we insisted that we'd pay the next day.
