"Excellent. The service chap was able to fully open the door and remove/replace the lifting cables. He also lubricated the pulleys and roller assemblies on my door as well as my wife's door. He also described the best lubricant and showed me how to apply it; nice touch. Professional, courteous, quick."

"Skip and his son Jonah did all the work over a period of a few weeks, due to inclement weather. I cannot speak highly enough of how good they were, I would hire back again in a heartbeat. On the back sliding glass door, Skip noticed that the screen did not close properly and there was a flaw on the hardware of the door which needs to be replaced.
