I informed them in November and Charlie A, said it will be addressed. He sent David S to look at the property in late November and he said the following in an email "There are a few areas that will need some attention in the spring. The hill on the left side, the back left corner, and the right side of the driveway are the areas in particular. Ive put in a service call to visit the property around April 1st." 2021. I reminded them a few times after April 1st 2021 and on 5/5/21 David S said "Yes, it will be addressed. Thank you for your patience," However, the issue has not been addressed. When I complained to BBB, Perennial Services responded BBB saying that they have not heard from me about this issue. If they can blatantly dispute a documented conversation, will you really trust them?"
