I had 2 issues, one was that here were a bunch of nails in the drain and when it rained, which was the next day, a bunch of nails were in my driveway, I called Trust and they sent someone right out to clean and re-magnet the area to ensure there was no more nails. The second issue was the crew accidentally drove a nail through the Freon line in my attic. The owner of the company called me and told me he wanted to be sure that I was 100% satisfied with the job.
