"Good Neighbor was referred to me by a friend who used their services so I thought I would go ahead and get a quote.    The owner and sales consultant both came out and gave me an estimate that was below most others.  I had several estimates and most were higher using lower quality materials.  Everything was above my expectations from start to finish.  There was always a supervisor on property.   They replaced every piece of rotten wood/beadboard around my house.  My house is an old craftsman and they matched all the eaves and rafters perfectly.  I cannot tell you how happy I am that I chose to go with Jim Fernandez and Good Neighbor Roofing.

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
