She told me building a house might lead to building more and I can see why. It's immensely satisfying to design something and then see it come to life! We were told the drafting would be 3-5 weeks and we took every bit of 5 weeks because we really wanted to take our time in between each revision. He had some specific concerns about one of the roofs and the cables of the house and they were able to answer the questions. They were very good. They seemed to understand special towns you should get with working on an older home. Our house is from the 1890s and they have their own personality, there are folks who worked with us directly and not Brian who is the manager but the actual workers. You can tell this was a team that was used to build old houses if you needed any special care and they certainly understood and they did a great job. It was expensive but in this case, the cliche you get what you pay for. It was expensive but I think at the end of the day there was value in the price we paid."
